In April 2002, Mr. Torbin was recognized by the U.S. Department of Energy and the Gas Technology Institute as the Innovator of the Year for Natural Gas End Use for his technical contributions in the area of interior gas distribution.
Mr. Torbin has authored or co-authored over 90 technical papers, professional journal articles, and research reports, and customarily gives three to four oral presentations to various technical conferences and industry workshops over the course of any given year.
